You are about to immerse yourself in the Hall of Water, dedicated to the Divine Feminine Principle, to the archetypal sources of knowledge and memory, of life and death. It is one of the oldest halls, the seed from which the rest of the Temples was developed; it represents the center through which all the other Halls are connected and their functions coordinated. Its walls, which are completely covered with patterns, ancient codes, archetypal signs from many different languages and the names of divinities, practically embrace you. Four golden snakes stand out, symbolizing four of the eighteen Synchronic Lines , the streams of energy and information that envelop the Earth and connect all the various and diverse expressions of life.
The element water is predominant; the Hall itself looks like a subterranean island surrounded by the sea. During the excavation, the water of the mountain was channeled in four paths that surround it like a coil. They represent the Synchronic Lines, as if to imply that the memory of Knowledge and all its codes should be preserved by water. The shape of the Hall itself is that of a cup, which collects preciousness and symbolizes the womb that gives birth to souls, ideas, projects and anything else that gives substance to the creativity of Life.
Water, memory, womb, birth are words telling us that this place is dedicated to the Feminine in all its expressions: the welcoming energy of the Great Mother; the pride and strength of warrior goddesses; the mediumship connected to the power of the Full Moon; the healing power of the goddesses who accompany you along the path to another state of Being.
Here, birth and death are harmoniously celebrated as two complementary aspects of existence, a well-known concept in the Damanhurian culture, which considers the beginning of a new life and the transition towards future existences as two sides of the same coin. Moreover, the energetic flow of the Hall occurs from top to bottom, evoking the powerful image of the women of tribal peoples, who crouch down abandoning themselves to the force of gravity to give birth. The soft frequencies that vibrate in this place are a reminder of the feminine part inside you. Let yourself be lulled by harmony and beauty.
